Further to a cautionary announcement issued on 10 July 2026 regarding a series of inter- related transactions intended to optimise its stock exchange listings, ZCCM Investments Holdings Plc announced on 13–14 July 2026 the appointment of Bowsprit Partners Limited as its UK Financial Adviser and Corporate Broker in London, and Stockbrokers Zambia Limited as its Market Transaction Adviser in respect of LuSE listing requirements, to guide the company’s international and domestic “listing optimisation” process. The Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Kakenenwa Muyangwa, separately outlined a long-term growth strategy centred on improving the Company’s access to international capital markets.
